2. Ownership & Intellectual Property

Songwriting
Lyrics
Melody
Composition
Publishing rights
Production elements
Demo recordings
Instrumentals

Purchasing a package does not transfer songwriting or publishing ownership unless explicitly stated in a signed agreement.

3. Artist Rights

Clients purchasing music services may receive:

A license to use the song
Ownership of their final recorded master (their performed version)
Artist performance credit

Licensing rights vary by package and agreement.

4. Demo Vocals & AI-Assisted Performances

Some demo recordings may contain digitally assisted or AI-supported vocal performances used solely to present the intended creative direction of a record.

These demo vocals are not sold or represented as official commercial artist releases unless otherwise stated.

5. Payments

All payments are due according to the agreed package terms.

Deposits and completed work payments are generally non-refundable due to the creative and custom nature of music production services.

Failure to complete payment may result in:

Suspension of services
Revocation of licensing rights
Removal of access to files or materials

6. Revisions

Revision limits depend on the selected package.

Additional revisions beyond package limits may require additional fees.

7. Unauthorized Use

You may not:

Re-sell Circle 98 songs or productions
Claim authorship of Circle 98-created material
Distribute demos without permission
Use songs commercially without appropriate licensing

Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

8. Turnaround Times

Project timelines vary based on:

Package level
Revision requests
Project complexity
Current workload

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.

9. Website Content

All website content, including:

Graphics
Logos
Music
Text
Branding
Visual assets

is owned by Circle 98 Ventures, LLC unless otherwise stated.

No content may be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without written permission.

10. Third-Party Platforms

Circle 98 Music may use third-party services such as:

Audio streaming platforms
Payment processors
Social media integrations

We are not responsible for outages, errors, or policies related to third-party platforms.

11. Limitation of Liability
